The winner will be notified by a BelAire representative by phone and/or email on 19th September 2024 and their name
published on the BelAire website, on 20th September 2024. The winner can redeem their Prize subject to availability
at any time before 1st November 2024 (statutory holidays and high season excluded), between those dates notified to them by BelAire Designer Fencing’

You (and/or the nominated individual) must be over 18 years old and a New Zealand resident currently living in New Zealand to
enter this competition. By entering this Competition you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and warrant that all information
submitted by you is true, current and complete. You may be disqualified if you do not follow the entry instructions specified by BelAire Designer
Fencing and otherwise comply with these Terms. Incomplete entries may not be accepted. BelAire Designer Fencing takes no responsibility for late,
lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted or ineligible entries. If the winner does not accept these Terms & Conditions, another winner will be drawn.
All entries become the property of BelAire Designer Fencing.
BelAire Designer Fencing will draw and notify a winner using the contact details you provide. The winner will have 14 days after notification by
BelAire Designer Fencing to reply by email to the BelAire Designer Fencing email address above agreeing to abide by these Terms & Conditions.

BelAire reserves the right to disqualify anyone if there is reasonable grounds to believe a person has breached any of these
Terms & Conditions.BelAire’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The Prize is not refundable or transferrable,
and BelAire reserves the right to substitute a Prize of equal or greater value at any time. You agree that if you have nominated the
prize winner and/or are the prize winner, your name and photograph may be used for publicity purposes in all media indefinitely, without remuneration, and you
agree to make yourself available on reasonable notice for this purpose.
BelAire respects your privacy rights under the Privacy Act 1993 (“the Act”) and is required to comply with the Privacy Principles.
For the purposes of the Act, you acknowledge and accept that you are providing your information to BelAire for the purposes of the
Competition and its promotion and use. Including in-house and social promotional activities and the Parties may retain this information for this purpose only.
Nothing here prevents you from exercising your rights under the Act.
If the Prize winner accepts the Prize they shall be responsible for obtaining all necessary insurance and any other things necessary to benefit from the Prize,
including all applicable taxes related to accepting the Prize.
Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with them. To the extent permitted by law, you release and discharge Facebook and/or Instagram from any and all liability for all risks, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever and however occurring, which may arise at any time from or in connection with this Promotion.
In the event you cause any loss or cost, directly or indirectly to BelAire, you shall be liable to indemnify BelAire against and shall be liable to pay any and all losses and costs (including, but not limited to reasonable legal fees in enforcing this indemnity and) caused by you to BelAire.
If for any reason the Competition is not capable of running as planned, including, but not limited to reasons such as infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures, force majeure (including but not limited to pandemics) or any other causes beyond the control of BelAire reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend the competition.
You enter the Competition at your risk. To the full extent permitted by law, BelAire will not be liable to any competition participants/winners in respect of any claim for any loss, damage or injury whatsoever (including without limitation), any consequential, indirect, special, punitive or incidental damages) or for any physical or mental injury suffered by the Competition participant / winner or accompanying spouse, friends or associates as a result of or in connection with the Competition.
Vehicle use is limited to 300 kilometres and based on availability; reservations must be made in advance. All anticipated drivers must be over the age of 25 and hold a full driver’s license. A loan agreement, including a copy of driver’s licence/s, is to be completed before the vehicle is handed over. Type of luxury vehicle provided for the weekend is determined by availability and decided by the Bayswater European Sales Manager.
All travel is subject to the terms, conditions and restrictions of the Prize service providers.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand and shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of New Zealand courts.
